Weakness Prevention is for everyone.
You’re in LUCK…
Thursday is Weakness Prevention Day!
Mark that on your calendar.
Strength matters to us.
It should also matter to YOU.
This is why, at The Training Room, we like to use various strength tools in our sessions,
A multitude of strength building objects will help keep things interresting and bordom free.
Kettlebells, dumbbells, landmines, barbells, medicine balls, sand bags, kegs, maces, sleds, bands, etc, ALL have their place in the world of strength training.
The ULTIMATE strength tool is our OWN body.
BUT…
Having a variety of tools (man made or from nature) to use helps to keep us versatile and may help prevent overuse injury from occuring.
Changing intensities of our training will also help keep us healthy and prevent UNWANTED injuries.
Who needs injury?
PLEASE let us know if there are any strength tools that you are interested in learning how to use!
OR…
Any specific movements that are on your bucket list to learn.
ALWAYS ask questions and NEVER stop learning.
Here’s what’s lined up for you on Thursday!
