- Kettlebell swings 5r/5l
- Push ups 10
- Kettlebell cleans 5r/5l
- Kettlebell push presses 5r/5l
- Lunges 5r/5l (holding your bell)
- 1 arm rows 5r/5l or pull ups 10
- Walkouts 10
Post number of rounds and weight of bell used!
