Partner up and complete the following with your partner:

  • 200 jumping pull ups
  • 200 air squats
  • 200 push ups
  • 2000 meter row
  • 200 burpees
  • 200 kettlebell snatches

Another reminder to you Summer Training Camp Athletes!  The intro class will be Friday at 5pm instead of Saturday at 10.  If you have not attended an intro class yet, you MUST show up on Friday!  Go here for more updated information.
