Power Triplets

Do 20 seconds of work/ 20 seconds rest on each triplet for 10 minutes.  Take a 2 minute rest in between triplets.

Triplet #1

  1. Kettlebell clean and squat L
  2. Kettlebell clean and squat R
  3. Push ups

Triplet #2

  1. Pull ups
  2. Kettlebell swings
  3. Shoulder press

Triplet #3

  1. Knee ups
  2. Med ball sit and reach
  3. Low back extension

Add weight with a vest on your pull ups if you can!
