Power Triplets
Do 20 seconds of work/ 20 seconds rest on each triplet for 10 minutes. Take a 2 minute rest in between triplets.
Triplet #1
- Kettlebell clean and squat L
- Kettlebell clean and squat R
- Push ups
Triplet #2
- Pull ups
- Kettlebell swings
- Shoulder press
Triplet #3
- Knee ups
- Med ball sit and reach
- Low back extension
Add weight with a vest on your pull ups if you can!
