Power Couplets:

5 rounds of 20 seconds work / 20 seconds rest at each station. Take 1 minute rest between each couplet.  Complete 5 rounds at each couplet before moving on to the next one.

  1. Pull ups or assisted pull ups / Sand bag front squats
  2. Kettelbell clean and press L/R (20 seconds rest between sides)
  3. Push up or Power push up / Low back extension w/weight
  4. Knees to chest or hanging knee raise / Sit ups
