Go through each couplet, complete the prescribed reps before moving on to the next couplet.
Do this for time!
- Snatches / burpees
- rower (cals) / slam ball or mountain climbers
- Ring jumping pull ups / D- ball thrusters
Try D-ball thrusters w/ a heavy D-ball. The shape and weight of the ball make it challenge for the upper body from the hands to the shoulders.
