"Partner Push and Pull"

Pair up with someone for this workout and alternate reps at each station.  Finish the required number of reps before moving on to the next exercise.

  • pull ups of ring rows 10,8,6,4,2
  • dumbell, barbell, or kettlebell thrusters 10,8,6,4,2
  • snatches 10/10, 8/8, 6/6, 4/4, 2/2
  • push ups(20,16,12,8,4) power push ups(10,8,6,4,2) or Dips (10,8,6,4,2)
  • Rower 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m

The Rules

  1. Alternate with a partner
  2. This is not a race
  3. Go as heavy as possible
  4. Focus on form
