"Partners in Pain"

  • 200 jumping pull ups
  • 200 air squats
  • 200 push ups
  • 200 m row
  • 200 burpees
  • 200 kettlebell snatches

The Rules

  • only one partner goes at a time
  • no more then 10 reps can be performed at a time
  • all reps must be perfect or they do not count!
  • what ever you start, you must finish in the same way
  • one you have completed a station, move immediatley to the next
  • if you are doing the workout solo, go back and forth between 2 stations and do 10 reps or less at each, the move on to 2 more.
