We call this one follow the leader !

6 stations, using opposite movement patterns.

Line up and go!

The first person will start at jumping pull ups for 30 seconds and move on to the next station with no rest.  Everyone will follow behind.

Each person will go from one station to the next, spending 30 seconds at each one until all are complete.  In reality, we will do 3 minutes of work with a 1:30 rest.

There will be 1:30 rest after completing all 6 stations.  We will do 6 rounds of this fun workout!
