Density Kettlebells (one of my favorites!!)
All you’ll need for today’s workout is 1 kettlebell.
Choose your bell wisely! Don’t get carried away, make sure you select a bell that you will be able to complete this workout with. Do not sacrifice good technique by going to muscle failior. This can lead to disaster, if you know what I mean.

Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of:
1 hand kb swings 5r/5l
1 handed racked front squat 5r/5l
push press 5r/5l
1 arm row 5r/5l
Burpees 10 (no session is complete with out these)
