Sorry for the late post today!  Here’s today’s workout.

Up the river/down the river/kettlebell matrix combo.

Set up 4 bells from lighter to heavier.  Starting with the lighter bell, and with out putting down the bell, complete this series:

1 hand swings 5r/5l
1 hand high pulls 5r/5l
Snatch 5r/5l
Clean/press 5r/5l

Go through this matrix with all four bells from light to heavy and then back down to light with 1:03 rest between rounds.
