6 rounds:

Pull ups/pushups
Kb swings/slamball
Kb clean and press/kb high pull
Rower or tire flipping

We will do 20 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each couplet for 6 rounds.  When you get to the rower or the tire stay there and complete your 6 rounds of 20 on 20 rest.
