Today’s training

We did a circuit this morning, 4 rounds of:

  1. 35s work/30s rest
  2. 30/25
  3. 25/20
  4. 20/15

Of:
Dumbell thrusters
Hanging knees to elbows
Kettlebell high pull/snatch pull
Slam ball
Rower
Burpees
Sit ups
Ring rows
Sand bag step ups

***There will be a 4 and a 5pm class Tomorrow (Thursday).  See you there!!!!!
