Tonight’s training session was epic.  We had over 20 victims participate in the evening beatdown.  Jim was in rare form tonight and dished out a good one.

Here it is: 

20 seconds work 10 seconds rest for 6 rounds of each of these exercises. Complete all six rounds then move to the next.  We took a two minute rest between each exercise.  Count your lowest rep round as your score.

Jumping pull ups
Air squat

Push up
Rower

Burpees

High pull
