1 Minute On / 1 Minute Off x 15 Rounds

  1. Cleans, swings, snatches, deadlifts or supermans
  2. Press, jerk, floor press, push-up
  3. Long cycle. step-ups, abs, or rows

  2. Push Press, Kettlebell Jerk or Hindu Push-Ups
