Here’s a very simple conditioning workout that doesn’t require much.
You can either run, row, or jump rope (Double unders)
If you dislike rowing, you should row.
If you dislike running, then row.
If you are good at double unders and don’t do them much, then you should do them in this workout.
It’s a good day to work outside the comfort zone!
Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
- 500 meter run or row or 25 double unders
- 20 burpees
