Happy Wednesday!

We’ll be mixing it up a little today between kettlebells body weight with a few advanced options for the veterans.

Loosen up with joint mobility and then do a two round circuit warm up (check the video library if you need to)

Today’s conditioning workout will be 5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest.

Take one minute rest between rounds.

Here’s the circuit:

  • two handed kettlebell swings or hand to hand swings
  • battling ropes
  • rower, 20 yard shuttle run, or jump rope
  • Kneeling slam ball, or sledge hits
  • Box jumps, squat jumps, or drop squats
  • 1/2 burpees
