I’ve been including some weight vest work in conjumction with my kettlebell training lately. After training with the weighted vest, everything seems so much easier.
Here’s a timed circuit (20/20) for 6 rounds on the Gym Boss. All movements are done with a 15 lb weight vest.
- Kettlebell swings (32kg)
- Pull ups
- Box Jumps
- Kettlebell Jerks R/L (32kg)
- Hanging knee raises
This was a fun and quick session. The 20 seconds of work allowed me to go a little bit heavier with the weight. The added weight with the vest hit the legs harder then usual. The 20 seconds of rest gave me just enough recovery between movements without completely kicking my ass.
