Weights or Body Weight Options
Hey Training Room family!
It’s a strength day for us and you can use weights or choose your own body weight exercise options on this one.
Go as heavy as possible and challenge yourself on the body weight movements by going slowly or choosing something that you haven’t done before.
Thirty seconds of work / thirty seconds of rest on the strength circuit…
Here are the movements:
- dumbbell or kettlebell chest or floor press or pushups (go slowly or use bands or chains to challenge yourslef
- box squats
- 1 arm rows or pull-ups/ring rows
- choice on the abs
- easy cardio stuff including sled drags
