Try this at the end of your next training session. It’s a pretty cool finisher that we sometimes use at the end of a class.
Hold each for 1 minute.
- L-sit or modified L-sit with one knee bent at 90 degrees, foot planted and the up leg locked out. Switch legs at 30 seconds.
- Squat holds with emphisis on technique. Keep the back arched, shoulders back, weight on the heels.
