Try this at the end of  your next training session.  It’s a pretty cool finisher that we sometimes  use at the end of a class.

Hold each for 1 minute.

  1. L-sit or modified L-sit with one knee bent at 90 degrees, foot planted and the up leg locked out.  Switch legs at 30 seconds.
  2. Squat holds with emphisis on technique.  Keep the back arched, shoulders back, weight on the heels.
  3. Prone Plank
