We will be doing some practice for the upcoming Training Room Winter Games

We have made some changes to the event, so you might want to check it out.

ALL teams will now be picked out of the hat!

This will create more of a fun team atmosphere.

Yes, we will still run the solo event.

Wednesday’s tune up will look like this…

Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following…

  • 50 push presses or jerks (switch hands as many times as you want)
  • 50 kettlebell snatches or swings
  • 50 squat thrusts
  • 50 calories on the rower or bike, or 800 meter run.
