Without Strength We’re Weak!
Hey Training Room family!
No one really wants to be weak!
That’s why we have strength day!
You’re in luck because Wednesday is strength day and you can mix in some body weight movement with dumbbell and kettlebell movements if you wish.
Long and slow strength intervals, so take your time on these and focus on great movement with each rep.
One minute of work and thirty seconds of rest for 4 rounds of the following strength circuit.
- single arm ring row or kettlebell/dumbell row
- Weighted step-up or down
- single arm overhead press/push up variation or Floor press
- SIngle leg deadlift or hip bridge
- Ab choice
- Cardio choice
