Advanced will do 5 sets of 5 reps…
Here’s the sequence…
- Push up
- Renegade row
- push up
- Renegade row
- Jump to the bells
- Clean
- Squat
- press
This equals one rep do 5 reps for 5 sets!

Here’s the beginner sequence
DO 5 rounds of the following…
- 5-10 push ups
- 5 rows or renegade rows on each side
- 5 clean/squat press on each side
- 5 walkouts
Here’s the Wo-Man maker challenge…
Do 250 meter row, run or ski erg followed by 5 Man-makers.
Do 5 rounds
