Advanced will do 5 sets of 5 reps…

Here’s the sequence…

  1. Push up
  2. Renegade row
  3. push up
  4. Renegade row
  5. Jump to the bells
  6. Clean
  7. Squat
  8. press

This equals one rep do 5 reps for 5 sets!

Here’s the beginner sequence

DO 5 rounds of the following…

  • 5-10 push ups
  • 5 rows or renegade rows on each side
  • 5 clean/squat press on each side
  • 5 walkouts

Here’s the Wo-Man maker challenge…

Do 250 meter row, run or ski erg followed by 5 Man-makers.

Do 5 rounds
