Here's what I did yesterday. 3/2/09
Had some time to kill. No school because of the snow .
Snatch training with 32 kgs
Warm up
3 rounds of:
- PVC OHS
- 10 push ups
- 5 pull ups
- 15 bicycles
- 10 kettlebell swings w/ 24kgs
- 1 minute on the air dyne
Then, 5 minutes of jump rope
Workout
6r/6l reps kettlebell snatches on the minute for 15 minutes with 32kg= 180 reps
rest 5 minutes
5 pull ups on the minute for 10 minutes with 30 lb weight vest=50 total
Today's Training
Deadlift: 5×135, 5×185, 3×225, 3×315, 2×365, 1×385
Deads have been feeling good.
