Here's what I did yesterday.
All movements done with double 28 kg's for 5 sets of 5 reps
- Front squat
- Renegade row
- Double kettlebell snatch
- Double kettlebell push press
- Get ups for 5 minutes

Today will be hard conditioning and will post later.
