Here's what I did yesterday.

All movements done with double 28 kg's for 5 sets of 5 reps
  • Front squat
  • Renegade row 
  • Double kettlebell snatch 
  • Double kettlebell push press
  • Get ups for 5 minutes

Here's my 4 year old.  She can do 2 strict pull ups
