Double kettlebell 5×5

5 sets/ 5 reps of each movement

  • Double kb front squats (2×28's, 3×32's)
  • Pull ups (24,28,32,36,40kg's)
  • Double kb presses (28'sx4,32'sx1)
  • Double kb cleans (28'sx2,32'sx3)
  • Power wheel knees to chest (5 setsx10 reps)

Finished up with tabata ski erg: 8 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.
