Do this with partner
Go up the ladder from 1-5 reps alternating with partner.
You do 1 your partner does one, you do 2 your partner does 2…..
I did this yesterday with one of my clients.
- Get ups r/l ( I used a 28kg): This took up about 15 min
- Double kettlebell front squats (double 32kg's)
- Weighted pull ups (32kg's)
- Double kettlebell presses (strict) Double 36kg's for 1, then 32's for the rest)
