Nice coool morning here at The Jersey Shore.

So far, it been a great August for training. Optimal court yard conditions.

We’ve got a kettlebell and body weight challenge for you today.

Starting out with a two round 20/20 circuit warm up.

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following:

  • 5 pull ups or jumping pull ups
  • 5/5 kettlebell presses,  push press or jerks
  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • Choice of 25 double unders, 250 meter row or run
