We’ve got a kettlebell and body weight challenge for you today.
Starting out with a two round 20/20 circuit warm up.
Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following:
- 5 pull ups or jumping pull ups
- 5/5 kettlebell presses, push press or jerks
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 20 mountain climbers
- Choice of 25 double unders, 250 meter row or run
