Happy Monday!

A huge thank you goes out to all of you who volunteered to help us make the Warrior Challenge, yet again…a giant success!!

We are very proud of our Training Room Family, love you like brothers and sisters and owe you big time.

Stay tuned for incredible pictures from Len and Dane.

Here’s a cool video right from the cockpit of the black hawks taken with The Ant-Mike’s (my brother) Go Pro camera.

Raw footage…

Here the are taking off after the event.

We’ve got a Training Room Classic in store for you today!

If you’ve been around a while, you know all about our 2 minute torture.

We will give you the choice of two variations of this workout…

Option one.

On the two minute mark, you will perform the following movements for 10 rounds (2o minutes)

For example…

If you get through all movements in 1:30, you will have 30 second rest before you have to start again.

Option 2

Here’s another variation that we like to do.

Instead of fixing the session at 10 rounds, it’s up to you to try to get 10 rounds or break 10 rounds in 20 minutes of time.

Remember, you can always substitute jumping jacks for kettlebell swings if you need more recovery.

And if you cannot perform kettlebell snatches, you can do one are swings or one arm high pulls.

Here’s the advanced challenge…

For those who have been with us for a while and know they can get at least 10 rounds, you will do the following variation.

Get as many rounds of the following movements as you can in 20 minutes.

Your goal is to break 1o rounds.

  • 5 burpees or squat thrusts
  • 10 kettlebell snatches or one handed high pulls
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings (sub jumping jacks if needed)
Here’s a video that explains it..

Enjoy, and let us know how you did with this.

How many rounds did you get?

Here’s a classic video with another evil advanced body weight option.
