Lets wrap this one up right!

We will give you the choice of two variations of this workout…

Option one: beginners

On the two minute mark, you will perform the following movements for 10 rounds (2o minutes)

  • 5 burpees
  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches
  • 15 moutain climbers
  • 20 swings

For example…

If you get through all movements in 1:30, you will have 30 second rest before you have to start again.

Option 2: More advanced

Here’s another variation that we like to do.

Instead of fixing the session at 10 rounds, it’s up to you to try to get 10 rounds or break 10 rounds in 20 minutes of time.

Remember, you can always substitute jumping jacks for kettlebell swings if you need more recovery.

And if you cannot perform kettlebell snatches, you can do one arm swings, one arm high pulls or 10 snatch pulls
