Your Favorite Cardio Intervals
Tuesday is a conditioning focus, so we ‘ve got some of your favorite cardio intervals lined up for the day!
Remember this one?
You can choose between 1 or 2 different itmes…
If you choose 2 itmes, you will alternate between them.
Some choices:
- Row
- Bike
- Ski
- Run
- Sled
- Jump rope
- Step ups
- Versa climber
- Kettlebell sport
- Burpees or squat thrusts
Here are your intervals:
- 1 minute work/1 minute rest
- 2 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 3 minutes work/ 1 minute rest
- 4 minutes work/ 1 minute rest
- 5 minutes work/ 1 minute rest
- 4 minutes work/ 1 minute rest
- 3 minuters work/ 1 minute rest
- 2 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 1 minute work/ done!
Training time: 32 minutes
