Your Favorite Conditioning Triplets
Saturday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room, and we will bring your your favorite conditioning triplets!
There wlll be 3 triplets set up…
Your intervals of work and rest will be 40/20.
Complete 4 rounds of each triplet:
Triplet 1 (40/20 x 4)
- Ski
- Box step
- Inertia wave
Triplet 2 (40/20 x 4)
- Bike
- Jump or High pull
- Mountain climb or crawl
Tripet 3 (40/20 x 4)
- Jump rope. jumpng jacks or run
- Bulgarian bag
- Squat press or wall ball
