Your Favorite Conditioning Triplets

Saturday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room, and we will bring your your favorite conditioning triplets!

There wlll be 3 triplets set up…

Your intervals of work and rest will be 40/20.

Complete 4 rounds of each triplet:

Triplet 1 (40/20 x 4)

  • Ski
  • Box step
  • Inertia wave

Triplet 2 (40/20 x 4)

  • Bike
  • Jump or High pull
  • Mountain climb or crawl

Tripet 3 (40/20 x 4)

  • Jump rope. jumpng jacks or run
  • Bulgarian bag
  • Squat press or wall ball
