Thirty Minutes
- 500 meter cardio
- 40 step ups or lunge walk
- 30 yard crawl or mountain climb
- 20 kettlebell high pulls or snatches, or kettlebell deadlift
- 10 burpees
Beginners can cut the reps in half!
