AND…
Wednesday is your lucky day if you show up at The Training Room (showing up is the hardest part)
You DON’T have to do Man Makers unless you’re Boxing Dan (his favorite).
BUT…
For you folks who DO NOT wish to push outside certain comfort zones, we have your options.
That’s right…
The Training Room has something for everyone.
Here’s your strength circuit…
Make Maker 30/30 circuit x 6 rounds
- Renegage Row, modified or 1 arm row with / a push-up
- cleans, high pulls, or dead lift options
- Squat press (squat or just press)
Rest 2-3 minutes
THEN…
Finish with 5 x 250 meter cardio choice alternating with a partner or resting for the amount of time it took you to complete the 250.
