I hope you had a great week of training.

We’ll top off the week with a challenge workout.

I believe the weather should hold up pretty well today so we’ll be taking this outdoors.

We’ll start out with a 2 round 20/20 circuit warm up using the following movements:

  • Row, or shuttle run
  • body weight squats (second round drop squats)
  • Push ups (second round half burpees)
  • Bicycles (second round mountain climbers)
  • Jumping jacks
  • kettlebell swings
  • Med ball thrusters
Choose from 30,40 or 50 rounds of the following:
  • box jump or drop squats
  • mountain climbers (each leg)
  • jumping or kipping pull-ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • burpees
  • walk lunge 50 steps w/bell or body weight
  • hanging knee up or power v-sits
  • kettlebell thruster
  • shuttle run 50 laps or row calories
Perform this as fast as possible!
