Here’s what we’ve got for you on Saturday…

Minmal equipment conditioning

Grab a medium the light weight kettlebell…

35 work/25 rest x 4 rounds of the following conditioning circuit.

Try to keep yourself moving around during the 25 second rest.

Rest 1 minute between each round.

  • Swing or hinge jump
  • Shoulder taps or Mountain climbers
  • Squats
  • High pulls or 1 arm row R/L
  • Skaters or skiiers
  • Press R/L or Push ups
  • Jumping jacks, jump rope or run in place
  • Ab choice
