With hard training comes recovery…

Make sure you are giving your body enough of it.

It’s very simple…

Always listen to what your body is telling you, and always make sure you are rolling out and stretching after class.

Don’t just high-tail it after your done with your workout.

Today we’ve got our kettlebell 300 challenge lined up.

Do you remember when you did this on last?

You could always use the search function on the right the see.

We’ll start out with some joint mobility and a two round kettlebell warm up.

Here’s the challenge:

Advanced women will use a 16kg bell and advanced men will use a 24kg.

Do the following one time through for time:

  • 25 v-sits
  • 25/25 kettlebell snatch (advanced will complete the 25 on one side before moving on to the other)
  • 25 push ups (chest to the floor)
  • 50 kettlebell swings
  • 50 squat thrusts
  • 25/25 clean and press (finish one side before moving to the other)
  • 50 mountain climbers each leg
