Let’s crush Saturday!
Looks like the rain is moving out…
We’ll be doing this body weight challenge out in the Court Yard of Crush!
Here it is…
Get through these movements as fast as possible laddering down from 10-1 or 20-2 where specified.
Circuit through this:
- Surfers or drop squats( drops are 20-2 )
- 1/2 burpees 10-1
- High-pull or pull-ups 10-1
- Crab toe 10/10-1/1 or 20-2 knees to chest(seated)
- 10-1 shuttle runs
- 100-10 (down by 10’s) revolutions Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks 50-5 (down by 5’s)
- 10/10-1/1 step-ups
