It’s kind of a rainy day here at the Jersey Shore, so we decided to take a little break from the beach and head to the gym for a little workout.
Hanging around the gym with your kids is a great way of introducing them to fitness and an active lifestyle.
I never push fitness on my kids, I allow them to play around on the equipment and have a little fun.
I’d say they enjoy them selves at the gym.
Besides, they love getting on TV.
Here was my workout today.
Done Circuit style
- Ladder down from 20-2 on kettlebell swings (32 kgs)
- Ladder down from 10-1 on kettlebell jerks r/l (32 kgs)
- Ladder down from 10- 1 on weighted pull ups (16kgs)
