Your Thursday Challenge

Your Thursday challenge is a double Challenge!

Two mini challenges, to be exact.

Each one is a fifteen minute AMRAP.

It looks like this:

2 x 15min AMRAP

AMRAP 1

Get as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes…

  • Row or Run 250
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 15 drop squats
  • 10 push-ups or 1/2 burpees

AMRAP 2

Get as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes…

  • Ski (250) or Bike (500)
  • 20 Twists, Bulgarian bag or mace
  • 15 swings
  • 10 squat thrusts

Each of these can also be done as a 40/20 circuit x 4.
