Today’s workout

Row/Burpee Ladders: partner or solo as fast as possible.

  • Row 100/ 5 burpees
  • Row 200/ 10 burpees
  • Row 300/ 15 burpees
  • Row 400/ 20 burpees
  • Row 400/ 20 burpees
  • Row 300/ 15 burpees
  • Row 200/ 10 burpees
  • Row 100/ 5 burpees

As your partner is doing one, you do the other.  You can also sub with the ski erg, running, bike or even jump rope if you can handle it.
