I neglected to post yesterdays workout and I apologize.
If you didn’t get the chance to train yesterday, make sure you do something today.
If you need a little something to do, here’s what we did yesterday in class.
Start out with some joint mobility and then move on to a two round circuit warm up.
Warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest
- ring rows
- air squats
- push ups
- swings
- bicycles
- jumping jacks
- med ball thrusters
Here your workout: 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 6 rounds at each station.
Take one minute rest between 6 round sets.
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- kettlebell swings
- slam ball or mountain climbers
- body weight squats
- push ups
- rower, air dyne bike or jump rope
