How was your weekend?

We had a great Holiday Party on Saturday with our best turnout ever.

Let’s get the week started with a body weight challenge.

We did this one a few weeks ago.

Let’s revisit this and see if you can do better then last time.

We’ll start out with 5 minutes of joint mobility and and a two round 20/20 circuit warm up that will look like this:

  • Ring rows
  • air squats / drop squats (second round)
  • push ups/half burpees(second round)
  • kettlebell swings
  • jumping jacks
  • med ball thrusters
  • bicycles/mountain climbers(second round)

The Body Weight Challenge.

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

  • 50 quick step ups, 100 jump rope skips, or 50 double unders
  • 40 Mountain climbers
  • 30 Box jumps or drop squats
  • 20 pull ups, or assisted ring pull ups
  • 10 dead start burpees
