We’ve got a nice challenge for you.

You can do this solo or with a partner using one kettlebell and your choice of a run, row or ski erg…

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Here’s your partner challenge…

With your partner, you will row, run or ski erg 2,000 meters total to start (total distance between the two of you)

After you complete your 2,000, you will complete 200 kettlebell snatches (total between the two of you) and 200 burpees (complete one before moving on to the next)

Solo challenge…

Do 5 rounds of the following as fast as possible with great form.

  • 400 meter row, run or ski erg
  • 20 kettlebell snatches
  • 20 burpees
