Yes, it’s challenge day people, and we’ve got a nice one line up for all of you.

This workout will require no equipment, but we will give you a few options here at The Training Room.

Warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for two rounds

  • body weight squat/second round drop squat
  • push up/second round half burpee
  • bicycles
  • jumping jacks
  • kettlebell swings
  • med ball thrusters
  • rower/shuttle run (pick one)

Today’s Challenge.

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following

  • 250 meter run, row, or ski
  • 20 burpees
