Yes, it’s challenge day people, and we’ve got a nice one line up for all of you.
This workout will require no equipment, but we will give you a few options here at The Training Room.
Warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for two rounds
- body weight squat/second round drop squat
- push up/second round half burpee
- jumping jacks
- kettlebell swings
- med ball thrusters
- rower/shuttle run (pick one)
Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following
- 250 meter run, row, or ski
- 20 burpees
