We’ve got a nice kettlebell and body weight challenge for you.
But before we get to that, we wanted to let you know that the 9:15 class in Point Pleasant Beach will be going back to 8:45…
The Avon raft race is Monday.
Come out and support Team TR!
Also make sure to make yourself available for the Surf and Turf Challenge on September 22 at the Shark River Yacht Club.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
Go through the following one time as fast as possible with out sacrificing form.
- One mile run or row (1600m)
- 100 yard walking lunge
- One mile run or row
- 50 kettlebell snatches or swings
- 50 yard bear crawl or 100 mountain climbers (each leg)
