Basic Strength

Back to Basics! We will being doing a Basic Strength Circuit 30/30 on the clock OR 5×5 on your own or with a partner!

Follow the Leader Friday!

Follow the Leader Friday! Let’s get moving and grooving working continuously for 30 second intervals for 3 Minutes! You will rest for 90 Seconds, then continue for a total of 6 Rounds!

Go for Distance & Reps!

Let’s work some Cardiovascular Endurance! You’ll do 4-5 Rounds of 800 Meters PLUS a healthy selection of Bodyweight or Kettlebell Exercises! You’ve got this!

Monday’s Conditioning!

Monday’s Conditioning is a combination of Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Cardio! You can count your Reps and total up your Points if you want to keep track of your numbers. Let’s have some fun!
