Let’s work a nice solid strength circuit with some conditioning to finish up!

30 seconds of work 30 seconds of rest x 10 rounds of this sext strength circuit

  • Swings, cleans, snatch, or 1 arm row
  • Push press or Push-up
  • Long Cycle, or weighted step-up


Pick one..

  • row
  • bike
  •  ski

DO a 30 second sprint with 30 seconds of recovery for 5 rounds.

Keep track of your total calories and record them or else!
