Loaded or Unloaded Deck of Cards Workout
Hey Training Room family!
Tuesday is a strength day and we will give you some choices on the deck of cards workout!
Some of you may not be feeling the weights today and that’s ok.
You can do this loaded (with weights) or unloaded (body weight movements)
You can even combine/mix the weighted and body weight movements to your liking.
Here are the exercises…
Body weight version
- Spades=split squat variations
- clubs=Ab movements
We will go thought the entire deck!
