It’s Fat Blast Friday…

Which also means we will be doing some INTERVALS.

If you haven’t noticed yet, The Training Room has programs for nearly everyone!
We love that we have group classes mixed with High School Athletes and Seniors all working hard but smart and at their own level.

We also have specific programs designed for Kids, Movement, Athletes, Beginners, Seniors, Mobility Training, Yoga, Kettlebell Sport and Small Group Training.

Your Intervals will look like this

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 30/15
  4. 30/10
  5. 30/5

1 Minute REST between Rounds

  1. Jumping or Assisted Pull-Ups
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. High-Pulls
  4. 1/2 Burpess (Jumping Jacks, Run in Place or Push Presses as low-impact options)
  5. Drop Squats or Air Squats
  6. Slam Ball or Interia Wave
  7. Cardio (Bike/ Ski)
